SLOWROADZ Active Club started in June 2025 as a social crew where music plays and nobody chases a personal best. The one rule is to show up, move at your own pace and leave feeling better than when you arrived. All levels are welcome and the club describes itself as LGBTQ+ friendly. Weekday runs are Tuesday and Thursday at 19:30 at Benjakitti Park; on Saturdays there is a 06:00 morning run that rotates between Benjakitti, Rot Fai and Lumpini parks, plus a 16:00 city run. Food and drinks after the run are part of the meetup.
