Bangkok Runners has been running together since June 2012 and has grown to almost 3,000 members on Meetup. The signature "Easy Peasy" run is every Tuesday at 6:30 AM: two or three 1.9 km loops of Benjakitti Park (5–7 km) at a social 6.5–8 min/km, with the option to carry on to Lumpini Park. Meet at the north end of the park near the car-park entrance on the running track. Members mix beginners, ultra runners and every nationality. Free, just turn up; upcoming runs are listed on Meetup.
